Why Buy For Landlord
When You Can Buy For Yourself?
Most renters believe they have no choice but to rent which is really buying the property but just buying it for the owner instead of themselves. This is a major misconception on the part of renters looking for places for rent.
I have several properties I own that I rent out and even more that I manage for others. We have no problem whatsoever in keeping them rented. The renters are paying off our property mortgages. The renters are giving us cash flow. The renters are building us wealth.
I have helped several renters start to build wealth by helping them to buy instead of rent. I handle their misconception objections one at a time. Also, trust me that I will not be in danger of finding renters for my properties or properties I manage. There will be, always, renters who refuse to be helped or who refuse to listen to how I can help them own a property. But, for those who are willing to listen, I can help them change their lives.
Misconception Objection #1
“I can’t buy a house because I have bad or no credit.” I have helped several renters with bad, and in fact, horrible credit to buy houses. The worst case was someone that took 14 months to repair their credit, at no cost to the renter, but she is now building wealth as a property owner.
Misconception Objection #2
“I have a bankruptcy.” While a bankruptcy is never good on a person’s credit rating, it is not the end of the world. The key thing to keep in mind is that a bankruptcy is only a delay in becoming a property owner. Bankruptcies do not prohibit renters from becoming buyers. I have shown buyers how to prepare properly to buy a house with a bankruptcy on their records. This process speeds up the delay and allows the renter to close on a house earlier.
Misconception Objection #3
“I do not have any money for a down payment.” There are several ways to buy a house with no money down. I have helped several renters move from being a tenant to being a home owner who had no money down.
Misconception Objection #4
“I am only going to be in town for a short time.” I have helped several short timers here in Lawrence Kansas to buy a property. The techniques I teach involve looking at real estate as an investment rather than just a place to live. I have 7 rental units and I am looking for number 8. I started just 16 years ago with $0 in savings. Yes, I started with no money down on my first house purchase.
So, “Why Buy For Landlord When You Can Buy For Yourself?” Let me help you move from throwing rent money away. Let me help you from experiencing higher and higher rent payments that can go up every year. Let me help you build wealth by being a home owner. Let me help you stop buying a house for your landlord and start buying a house for yourself!
